Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our business, we will not accept cancellations once we have started your project.
Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, except in the event of an error on our part. Please note that on our wood products every wood piece is unique and every wood species will react differently. You will see different variations in color, density and grains. While your item will be very similar to the image online, it will not be exact.
If an item has been damaged during shipping you will need to take a photo of the damage and start the claims process with the shipping carrier. You have fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment to report any claims or defects with an item and thirty (30) days for international shipments.
